While what we put in our body is extremely important, what we exert from our body is just as much a priority to achieve health and happiness. Generally, when we imagine the benefits of working out, we think of weight loss or muscle building. However, exerting such energy comes with many additional benefits. Regardless of gender, age, or physical abilities, incorporating some form of physical activity into your daily routine is imperative to achieving a higher quality of life.
