Candidate Treatments

DISCLOSURE: Any treatments listed here are for educational purposes only. We do not endorse treatments, nor do we make any guarantees or warranties. Our sole purpose is to share information about cancer treatments that appear to fit within the So Live Criteria. Once So Live begins distributing grant funds, our purpose will extend to assisting qualified cancer treatments through the FDA approval process.

So Live Awareness and Grant Criteria

Our criteria is very straight forward. Before So Live will consider sharing information about a cancer treatment as a Candidate Treatment, the potential candidate should first hold itself out to meet the following requirements:

  1. First, do no harm (safe; nontoxic)
  2. Be effective (work; be successful)

Our criteria is akin to that of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration criteria, which requires a medication to show evidence of being safe and effective. Ironically, conventional treatments, such as, Chemotherapy and Radiation severely lack the "safe" element.

As Hippocrates establishes over 2,000 years ago, the purpose of medicine is “to do good, or not to do harm.” What good is a medical treatment if it is not effective? A treatment should not only conquer an ailment, it should increase your quality of life. Above are treatments that may live up to such a standard. Any information shared here is for educational purposes only. Our goal is to create a more educated patient, and eventually facilitate the funding processes for the FDA approval of a worthy cancer treatment. It is time we had more cancer treatment choices in the United States.
